We are looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef with strong contract catering experience to join our culinary team. You will support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality, inspiring food across a range of services and events, ensuring exceptional standards, consistency, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Head Chef in planning and producing high-quality dishes for daily service, hospitality, and events.
- Develop menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and meet client expectations.
- Maintain excellent stock control, ordering, and GP management.
- Supervise and develop kitchen staff to maintain high performance and morale.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, HACCP, COSHH, and health & safety procedures.
- Proven background in contract catering or large-scale food service operations.
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
- A passion for delivering great food with attention to detail and presentation.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet operational needs.
