We are looking for an experienced and confident Bar & Waiting Staff member to join our team in the vibrant South Kensington area. This is a dual‑role position covering both bar service and waiting duties, so flexibility and strong customer service skills are essential. A valid Personal Licence is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high‑quality bar service with a professional and friendly approach
- Provide efficient waiting service, including taking orders and serving food and drinks
- Maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness across bar and dining areas
- Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues to support smooth service
- Assist with stock rotation, stock takes, and placing stock orders when needed
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of bar operations and drinks service
- Previous bar experience is essential
- Must hold a valid Personal Licence
- Experience in waiting/table service
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Reliable, proactive, and able to perform well under pressure
- Genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
