Class 1 Driver in Blackburn

The Job We are looking for Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to join our team. The ideal driver will have experience in RDC deliveries with a refrigerated trailer. Start times vary between 0400-0800 for days and 1600-2000 for nights. When applying please state if you would prefer days , tramping or nights. You will be delivering chilled and frozen goods mostly to RDCs around the UK and manoeuvring onto loading bays. Our Client can also accommodate HGV Drivers who want to tramp. The main shift patterns for trampers will include at least 1 weekend day. Driver Requirements HGV Class 1 licence (C+E) Max 6 minor points for insurance purposes Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and WTD. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Pay Rates (PAYE) Days £16.00 Nights £18.00 Saturday £19.00 Sunday £21.00 Night Out £25 Holiday pay is accrued separately to the rates listed above but can be added to your hourly rate upon request.
