Responsibilities
  • Sourcing, screening and registering candidates using job boards and LinkedIn.
  • Building relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, sharing market insight and taking a consultative approach.
  • Assessing candidate experience, motivations and skills to match them with suitable roles.
  • Coordinating interviews and supporting candidates through preparation and feedback.
  • Managing offers, including salary and benefits discussions, and ensuring a smooth process.
  • Keeping accurate records of activity and conversations in our applicant tracking system.
  • Developing deep knowledge of our niche, law firm risk and compliance.

Qualifications
  • Experience in recruitment, sales or estate agency is helpful but not essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A good moral compass. We are not interested in aggressive or sharky sales styles.
  • Critical thinking and good judgement, with a calm and thoughtful approach to problem‑solving.
  • High emotional intelligence and an interest in understanding what motivates people.
