Position Overview We have a new opportunity for an ambitious Risk and Compliance Lawyer to join our well-established team in Scotland. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and an enthusiastic approach to prioritising complex tasks. Responsibilities Maintain internal policies and procedures Support fee-earning teams within their compliance and regulatory responsibilities Oversee conflict escalations and queries Provide firm-wide training for new joiners and refreshers as needed for existing staff Aid in internal investigations and SRA engagement Assist in annual audit-related requirements and tasks Provide support to Senior Compliance professionals where necessary Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and accreditation processes Qualifications Excellent communication and organisational skills are key, with a commitment to personal and departmental growth being desirable.
