- High emotional intelligence and an interest in understanding people.
- A long‑term mindset, ambition and a desire to build a successful career.
- Self‑motivation, initiative and a strong work ethic.
- A friendly, personable approach and enjoyment of speaking to new people.
- A team‑first attitude and willingness to support and celebrate others.
If you are looking for a supportive entry point into recruitment and value being part of a team that genuinely cares about how it works, we would love to hear from you.
