Conducting thorough legal and regulatory assessments of potential conflicts of interest and confidentiality matters across global jurisdictions. Collaborating directly with partners and fee earners to investigate client relationships and resolve complex compliance issues. Escalating and guiding high-level discussions with senior management to find strategic resolutions for commercial and reputational risks. Advising on the enhancement of global compliance policies and risk management procedures. Providing mentorship, supervision, and technical guidance to the wider onboarding and conflict clearance teams.
