Job Description
We’re working with a leading international law firm to recruit a Compliance Systems Manager to join their growing London team.
In this role, you’ll take the lead on developing and maintaining the firm’s compliance systems, particularly Intapp Intake and Walls, ensuring they meet both regulatory and business needs. You’ll work closely with the Head of and the wider Compliance team, IT and Finance Systems, acting as a bridge between technical development and operational compliance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys both the detail of compliance and the challenge of systems management and improvement.
The firm is looking for someone with at least two years’ experience in a compliance or business acceptance function within a law firm, with strong working knowledge of Intapp Intake and Conflicts. Experience with client onboarding, CDD, and AML procedures will also be essential.
The responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining all compliance systems and tools, including Intapp and other key platforms
- Representing the Compliance Department in project meetings with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Supporting data extraction, analysis and reporting using Microsoft Reporting Services
- Acting as a subject matter expert in the design, review and testing of new functionality
- Monitoring post-implementation performance and assisting with troubleshooting
- Producing and maintaining documentation, procedures and training materials
