We are working with a top-tier US law firm to hire an AML & Conflicts Analyst for their growing London team. Within this role, you’ll be involved in managing the full lifecycle of AML, due diligence and conflicts checks, playing a key part in ensuring regulatory compliance and effective risk management across the firm's global operations.

The firm is looking for someone with at least two years of experience in AML or conflicts work, ideally gained within a law firm or professional services environment. A relevant degree and/or ICA qualification in AML or compliance would be highly advantageous.

Some of the responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting daily conflict checks, including for lateral hires
  • Analysing large-scale conflicts reports and identifying potential issues
  • Coordinating the documentation and resolution of conflict situations
  • Performing in-depth corporate research using internal and external sources
  • Overseeing the Client Due Diligence process, including high-risk clients
  • Managing AML risk assessments and sanctions monitoring
  • Supporting compliance audits and policy development
  • Liaising closely with attorneys and global support teams to ensure timely, accurate business intake processes
