Advisor, Commercial RIsk

We are working with a leading national law firm to hire a Conflicts Advisor into their Risk and Compliance team in Manchester. In this role, you’ll be responsible for assessing whether the firm can accept new mandates in line with regulatory, legal, and internal standards, as well as reputational and commercial considerations. The firm is looking for an experienced compliance professional with at least three years’ experience in a risk and compliance function, specifically focused on conflicts of interest. Being the first point of contact for conflict queries from legal teams • Reviewing conflict reports and identifying actual or potential legal or commercial conflicts • A sound understanding of regulatory rules is essential.
