About The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team at our office in Forres.
This role will support Project Managers, the Drawing Office, and Fabrication and Construction Operations by ensuring efficient management, control and distribution of project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Log and maintain incoming drawings and drawing registers.
- Manage drawing version control to ensure accurate document tracking.
- Distribute drawings internally and externally, including management of document transmittals.
- File and link steel material certifications and maintain associated quality assurance registers.
- Process and manage supplier warranty applications.
- Administer quality documentation within project folders and filing systems.
- Operate and manage software systems within common data environment portals.
- Coordinate supplier material compliance documentation and certification management.
About You
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Excellent communication
- Experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing or a related industry is desirable.
