Key responsibilities
- Create, modify, and manage Architectural and Structural 3D models and documentation using Revit.
- Accurately model and extract data from point cloud surveys to produce detailed architectural and engineering drawings.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality models and documentation.
- Implement and explore new technologies and software tools to enhance modelling processes and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Revit models or point cloud data.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and software updates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Revit Technician or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, with a focus on 3D modeling and documentation.
- Experience modelling in different LOD, LOI requirements through different RIBA stages
- Parametric Family Creation
- Demonstrated experience modeling from point cloud data.
- Knowledge of BIM standards and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote or office-based environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Desirable
- Familiarity with additional software tools (e. g., Auto CAD, Navisworks).
- Experience in implementing technology-driven solutions to improve workflow efficiency.
- Process optimisation using software such as Dynamo / Python
- Point cloud registration using Cyclone Register
