About The Role

We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator with a strong background in multidisciplinary coordination for large-scale projects.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Navisworks and have experience facilitating clash detection and model coordination.

This role requires excellent communication skills to engage with internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders effectively.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead BIM coordination efforts across multiple disciplines on large-scale projects.
  • Utilise Navisworks for clash detection, model review, and coordination meetings.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve coordination issues.
  • Assist in developing and enforcing BIM standards and workflows.
  • Conduct model audits and ensure compliance with project-specific BIM execution plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams regarding BIM best practices.
  • Use Solibri to perform model checks, rule-based validation, and quality control (preferred).
  • Facilitate and document coordination meetings, ensuring clear communication between all stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance BIM efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator working on large, complex projects.
  • Proficiency in Navisworks for clash detection and coordination workflows.
  • Experience in multidisciplinary collaboration, including architecture, MEP, and structural engineering.
  • Strong understanding of BIM standards (e. g., ISO 19650).
  • Working knowledge of Solibri is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Revit, Auto CAD, and other BIM-related software is desirable.
