AJ Chambers are delighted to be working with a London based law firm who are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing team in London. Their residential property team has many years of experience in delivering high-quality work in all matters relating to residential property in England and Wales. They have a strong and loyal client base and take a huge amount of pride in the level of services they provide their clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient conveyancing process from inception to completion.
You will:
- Be able to manage your own caseloads independently
- Have excellent knowledge of all residential conveyancing matters
- Be a Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer
- Be able to work autonomously on complex legal matters
- Have the ability and keenness to build and maintain client relationships
