AJ Chambers is excited to partner with a Top 50 UK law firm that is looking to expand its award-winning Private Client team. In this role, you will be part of a team of over 50 Private Client specialists, providing trusted advice to individuals, families, trustees, and businesses worldwide. The focus will be on cultivating long-term relationships while offering practical solutions for various tax, trust, and estate planning matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload involving wills, trusts, tax, estate, and succession planning
- Deliver high-quality legal advice tailored to clients' needs
- Prepare Powers of Attorney
- Advise clients on Inheritance Tax Planning basics
- Provide clients with comprehensive guidance on the broader implications of all transactions and advice
- Independently manage estate administration, including intestacy cases
- Collaborate closely with the team to help meet the firm’s fee targets
