This is an outstanding opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join an award winning team of specialists that deal with a wide range of high quality, complex, high value and high profile commercial property work. The team houses specialists in Core Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Investment, Clean & Renewable Energy, House Builder, Development, Management and General Advisory for a wide range for clientele. Responsibilities: Proactively and independently manage a mixed caseload of client matters Provide clients with top quality legal advice that meets their needs entirely Work on a full range of commercial property deals both locally and nationally Advise clients fully on the broader implications of all transactions or advice given Due diligence on large scale property projects Sales and purchases both conditional and unconditional including overage arrangements Property portfolio sales, purchases and leaseback deals Commercial landlord and tenant Commercial and residential property development, including site assembly Promotion, option and hybrid agreements Providing property support to corporate / finance transactions Work closely with the te…
