We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Technical Services Administrator to support the smooth operation of access control, ID card services, and technical security systems across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer access control systems and ID card production
- Coordinate with IT, operations, and facilities teams to manage security access for staff, students, and contractors
- Support the maintenance and regular testing of alarms and other technical security systems
- Assist with locks and keys service, including ordering, distribution, and record-keeping
- Handle data securely in line with current legislation and internal policies
- Deliver excellent customer service and respond to high volumes of queries efficiently
- Work across multiple locations with flexibility and professionalism
