Breakfast Waiter – 5-Star Hotel 📍 Location: South Kensington, London 💷 Salary: £12.50 per hour plus service charge and tips 📅 Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 About the Role: We are looking for a Breakfast Waiter to join our luxury hotel’s morning service team, delivering an elegant and efficient breakfast experience for guests. You will provide attentive table service, ensure a smooth flow of food and beverages, and create a welcoming environment to start our guests\’ day perfectly. Key Responsibilities: 🍽 Breakfast Service & Guest Experience: * Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu recommendations. * Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure prompt service. * Serve hot and cold breakfast items, including à la carte and buffet selections. * Ensure tables are set and presented beautifully before service. 🥂 Beverage & Special Requests: * Offer coffee, tea, juices, and morning beverages with attention to detail. * Handle special dietary requests and communicate effectively with the kitchen. * Maintain a friendly, professional, and attentive service throughout breakfast hours. 🛠 Operations & Hygiene: * Keep breakfast areas clean, organized, and replenished. * Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times. * Assist with clearing tables and resetting for the next service. Requirements: ✔ Previous experience as a waiter in a hotel or restaurant (breakfast experience preferred). ✔ Strong customer service skills and professional etiquette. ✔ Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. ✔ Knowledge of breakfast menus, buffet setup, and coffee service. ✔ Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable approach to service
