We are now looking to recruit hardworking, articulate people to join the operational relationship area of our Dealing team, where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the relationships we maintain with suppliers, custodians and fund groups. Support in managing our relationship with external fund managers with a view to securing access to the cheapest share-classes for our customers. Collate data internally regarding our important 3rd party suppliers and produce a monthly reporting pack to be used by the senior operations relationship manager. Oversight of our fund universes and ensure the correct share-classes are added and available for our customers. Assist with the ‘clean to cleaner’ share-class conversions within our fund universe. Bring the Clearstream Settlement Model to the attention of fund managers with a view to them signing up to the service. Ensure the integrity of data for funds within our universe and liaise with Data Suppliers to resolve missing data issues; especially if related to target market and appropriateness. Ensure compliance with key tasks associated with consumer duty, MIFID and the overseas fund regime. Be a point of contact for fund providers and deal with queries as necessary. Produce and develop MI to fund managers as and when required. About you: You will be educated to A Level standard or equivalent. You will have some previous experience of office administration or support. Strong written and verbal communication skills and relationship management. A track record of strong customer service skills and experience. Ability to organise, prioritise and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and calm under pressure. Willing to learn, be pro-active, self-motivated and able to use your own initiative. Confident with IT, including Outlook, Word and Excel. Be flexible, adaptable, co-operative and supportive team player. Accustomed to working in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
