We’re looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our award‑winning digital team on a contract basis. You’ll play a key role in delivering user‑centred, intuitive and engaging experiences across our customer‑facing platforms.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead UX work across the full lifecycle from discovery to delivery
  • Help implement upcoming brand changes across digital journeys
  • Create wireframes, prototypes and interaction flows to test and communicate design ideas
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
  • Run iterative design cycles using data, research and feedback
  • Contribute to and maintain our design system and component library
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform decisions
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including developers, content and marketing
  • Communicate design rationale clearly and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Champion UX thinking across the business through demos, workshops or internal posts
  • Support junior designers with guidance and best practice

What You’ll Bring

Day Rate

Up to £500 Day Rate – this is an outside IR35 day rate contract for an initial 3‑month term, with potential to extend. We need someone who can make an impact from day one, so immediate availability is ideal.
