We’re looking for a talented, enthusiastic, hard-working person to join the Design and Production Team at one of the UK’s most innovative and fastest-growing financial technology companies. Based in our fantastic offices in Salford Quays, you’ll provide essential support to the Marketing Team and wider business as we work to raise the profile of our investment platforms.
What does the job involve?
- Responsibility for typesetting documents, and preparing artwork to print and web standard.
- Following and applying the appropriate brand guidelines.
- Reviewing and editing artwork to ensure completeness and accuracy of information in a fast-paced environment.
- Working with other team members to develop creative content.
- Efficiently planning, implementing, delivering change and managing the expectations of stakeholders.
- Effectively and efficiently liaising with other team members.
- Ensuring content used across creative work is accurate, up to date, consistent and signed-off in line with our internal processes.
- Assisting in the development and delivery of campaign strategies.
- Conducting research to support the development of ongoing creative work.
- Assisting in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and literature.
- Embedding AJ Bell’s guiding principles and corporate guidelines in your way of working, ensuring content is accurate, clear and not misleading to our customers.
- Building strong relationships with the Marketing Team, and working proactively with colleagues in the wider business to ensure all content we publish is quality checked and appropriate for publication, and that we are targeting audiences in the appropriate way.
You’ll have:
- Experience in using Adobe InDesign.
- Experience in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- An excellent understanding of, and the ability to demonstrate good practices in, print and web creatives.
- A strong desire to learn, develop and work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Self-motivation, with the ability to use their initiative, effectively multi-task and produce high-quality work within deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A highly organised approach, with strong attention to detail.
