Overview In this role you lead the delivery of technically excellent rail projects and bids across the UK portfolio, coordinating design teams and managing budgets, scope and risk. You will build trusted client relationships, mentor colleagues and guide projects from plan to completion, capturing lessons learned and feeding back to clients. You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team to drive sustainable outcomes and value for communities. You join a collaborative culture that values individuality and delivering meaningful, socially useful) Pay / Benefits Profit Share Private medical insurance Life assurance Accident insurance Income protection Flexible benefits Responsibilities Lead delivery of technically excellent rail projects and bids across the UK portfolio Manage engineering and design activities, interfaces, programmes, budgets, scope, quality and commercial performance Coordinate communication between clients, multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and delivery partners Own project delivery plans and oversee projects through to completion Capture lessons learned, maintain project records and support client feedback Provide leadership and guidance to colleagues and share best practices Develop and maintain strong client relationships and drive delivery success Key requirements Significant experience managing multidisciplinary rail or complex infrastructure design projects Proven track record leading projects and multidisciplinary teams with successful outcomes Strong knowledge of the rail industry across stations, depots, civils, electrification, decarbonisation, renewals or rail systems An appropriate degree or equivalent qualification; Ch PP status or clear pathway toward chartership; APM PM Qualification advantageous Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills; collaborative andadaptable approach Willingness to travel to client or project sites across the UK Mentoring and developing colleagues; improving projectdelivery processes; data analysis andvisualisation skills (Excel, Power BI) beneficial communication leadership collaboration multidisciplinary rail project management change, programme, cost, quality, risk, and commercial management data analysis and visualization (Excel, Power BI)
