We are now recruiting a platform investments administrator to join our operations department. The purpose of the role is to provide excellent customer service to customers through setting up, running and reviewing trades and ensuring all Securities are accurately priced. You will also maintain the integrity of the systems and customer facing data and will also be involved in investigating trading queries from customers and other business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Checking trading static data is correct in the system - investigating discrepancies where necessary
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and Fund Managers to set up new funds on the platform
  • Assessing new assets for platform eligibility
  • Assisting internal teams with dealing queries and issues
  • Accurate processing of fund conversions
  • Complete daily pricing processes to ensure accurate pricing of assets on the platform
  • Checking and matching of executed trades (Equities, Collectives, FX)
  • Processing trade rebookings and requesting static data updates
  • Client and Counterparty exposure monitoring (including Exposure Levels, Short positions, Client Debtors)
  • Ensure Programme Trades are run and perform as expected
  • Liaise with other teams to ensure delivery of customer service and consumer outcomes

Knowledge & Experience:

  • You will have a minimum of 5 GCSE's grades 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent including Maths and English.
  • Excellent numerical ability
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Competent IT skills including experience working with Excel
  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure, at times unsupervised
  • Previous experience in a financial services administration role (ideally stockbroking or banking) is desirable.
