Our team includes designers at all levels, including an apprentice, and we actively support Women in Tech initiatives. We’re looking for a Middleweight UX Designer who can bring creativity, curiosity, and a user-centred mindset to help shape the future of our internal tools and processes.

- Create Wireframes & Prototypes: Translate ideas into tangible design assets (prototyping experience is beneficial but not essential).
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
- Manage Iterative Design: Use feedback and data to refine solutions and improve usability.
- Contribute to Design Systems: Help to build, maintain, and evolve our design system for consistency and accessibility, updating and creating components based on product roadmaps and evidence gathered from research, while holding teams accountable for correct usage and adoption.
- Champion UX Research: Liaise with our research team and set up user testing sessions to validate ideas.
- Advocate for UX: Share insights through blogs, workshops, and proactive engagement across the business.
- Contribute to Team Culture: Take part in weekly/monthly show and tells and critique sessions, and collaborate with junior team members at different stages of their development.
- Map and simplify complex operational processes: Translate them into clear and efficient digital journeys for internal teams.
