Were looking for an experienced In-house Recruiter to join our Recruitment team on a 9-month fixed-term contract, to provide maternity cover. In this varied, hands-on role, you'll manage recruitment across a range of business functions, including Compliance, Risk, Finance, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Services, and Operations. Taking ownership of vacancies from briefing through to offer, you'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide market insight, and deliver effective attraction strategies that secure the best talent. Direct sourcing is central to our recruitment approach at AJ Bell, so you'll be confident proactively identifying and engaging candidates through LinkedIn, headhunting, networking, and other sourcing channels, particularly for specialist and hard-to-fill roles. As this is a maternity cover role, youll join an established and supportive team and we're looking for a recruiter who can quickly get up to speed, confidently manage their own workload, and take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process.
