We’re looking for a CRM professional with a strong focus on process, accuracy, and data-driven delivery. As CRM & Data Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of customer marketing campaigns within our Direct to Consumer team. The role focuses on the operational execution of data-led communications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all touchpoints. You’ll oversee the customer communications calendar and work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver both planned and business-as-usual campaigns. Using our customer data platform (Bloomreach), you’ll build and manage audience segments, automation workflows and reporting processes that support our wider marketing objectives. A key part of the role is refining campaign processes, identifying potential risks or gaps, and making improvements that ensure a consistent and error-free execution. You’ll also manage a small team, supporting their development and maintaining high standards in delivery. The emphasis is on operational delivery, planning, executing, and optimising campaigns using data and automation tools, with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement. What you\’ll be doing: * Design, build, and manage multi-channel CRM campaigns, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant delivery * Use customer data to build audience segments and automation workflows in Bloomreach * Act as the internal expert on Bloomreach, supporting best practice usage across channels including email, SMS, push, and in-app * Refine and document CRM processes to reduce errors and improve efficiency * Work with internal stakeholders to understand campaign requirements and prioritise accordingly * Ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as GDPR and Consumer Duty * Manage and support two team members (Senior CRM Executive and Senior CRM Data Executive) What We\’re Looking For: * 5+ years of hands-on CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, ideally within a regulated industry * Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Bloomreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign) * Experience managing end-to-end CRM campaign delivery and QA processes * Comfortable working with data – segmentation, analysis, hygiene, and reporting * Strong attention to detail and a process-focused mindset * Confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously * Team management experience * Good understanding of data privacy and compliance requirements (e.g. GDPR) * Excellent communication and collaboration skills Who you’ll work with: You’ll be part of the D2C Marketing team, working closely with colleagues in Data, Product, Content, Operations, Customer Services, and Events. You’ll also manage relationships with external platform vendors.
