As the Trade Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the activation strategy for On and Off Trade channels, working with leading retailers across the UK and Europe. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute through‑the‑line marketing strategies for the branded portfolio across On and Off Trade channels.
- Create and implement trade activation materials, including social and digital tools, to support trade channels.
- Develop compelling sales presentations to enhance customer engagement.
- Represent the marketing team at key On & Off Trade customer meetings, providing expert insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute brand experiential and trade events.
- Serve as the key liaison with brand partners, license owners, and trade representatives.
- Manage PR activities within the industry, delivering key messages and building relationships with trade media.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of trade marketing activities, drawing insights from sales, finance, and data analytics.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a relevant field (CIM/IDM qualification is a plus).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong background in both On and Off Trade marketing, with experience in the UK and European markets.
- Proven ability to create and manage multi‑channel campaigns.
- Experience managing multiple agencies across European markets.
- Familiarity with category data sets like Nielsen or Kantar is a plus.
- Mother tongue: French.
