What You Will Really Be Doing
- Engage with customer IT, data, project and security teams to understand their architecture, data platforms, IAM setup and integration constraints.
- Clearly explain Aize’s technical architecture, integration patterns, and technical boundaries.
- Lead early assessment of client data availability and quality, identifying risks and gaps and proposing suitable solutions (aligning with client needs).
- Lead technical scoping, architecture design, and technical forums in early project phases (Prospect, Pilot, Pioneer).
- Design architectural solutions with customers’ IT stakeholders that meet security, networking, and data requirements, and help unblock technical challenges.
- Develop best practices and support sales/tenders with architectural, integration, and security input.

- Seamlessly collaborating both internally and with our clients.
- Use your technical and domain specific expertise to become a trusted advisor to our prospects, customers and partners, working with colleagues to enable customers to get the maximum value from Aize.
- Support commercial teams in account development and pre‑sales, ensuring solutions are technically sound and aligned with what’s sold.
- Share insights with the Product team on limitations, integration needs, and improvements to onboarding tools.
What does success look like?
- Consistent progress towards alignment of customer environments with agreed value cases and customer lifecycle stage objectives.
- Customer satisfaction with technical scoping, onboarding and integration support for Exploration and Pioneer facilities, and for new data sources.
- Documented data improvement plans for all assigned customers.
- Reduction in technical blockers during onboarding caused by unclear requirements, and reduced reworking caused by technical misalignment.
The Team
The Commercial department is responsible for value realisation from the use of Aize, both for our clients and for our company. The department is responsible for market awareness, adding new logos and growing three key metrics: ARR, Facilities and Monthly Active Users. It comprises Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Account Management and Advisory teams. This role sits within the Advisory team, which focuses on helping clients get real value from our solutions. The team acts as a bridge between our clients’ operational and technical teams and all parts of Aize. Within Advisory, there are two main areas of expertise: Solution Specialists and Success Specialists, bringing together a range of skills and experience.
