We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Registered Home Manager to lead a well-performing residential care home in the Stockton area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and supportive organisation with a strong platform for continued success.
The service is a well-established residential care home providing high-quality care and support to older people. The home is currently rated Good with CQC, benefiting from:

As Registered Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of the service, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and commercial performance. You will lead from the front in maintaining quality, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring residents receive safe, person-centred care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overall leadership and management of the home
- Maintaining compliance with CQC standards and internal policies
- Driving quality improvement and sustaining “Good” outcomes
- Managing budgets, occupancy, and staffing effectively
- Leading, developing, and supporting a dedicated care team
