The Opportunity
The US Senior Living market is one of the fastest-growing sectors we operate in, with exceptional demand for executive talent and significant long-term earning potential. We are looking for someone who already understands the US recruitment landscape and can quickly build relationships with operators, private equity-backed organisations and senior executives across the market. Whilst prior Senior Living experience isn’t essential, experience recruiting within the US market is. We will provide the sector knowledge; you bring the recruitment expertise, commercial mindset and business development capability.
