The US Senior Living market is one of the fastest-growing sectors we operate in, with exceptional demand for executive talent and significant long-term earning potential. We're looking for someone who already understands the US recruitment landscape and can quickly build relationships with operators, private equity-backed organisations and senior executives across the market. you bring the recruitment expertise, commercial mindset and business development capability. Building relationships with senior executives and market-leading organisations across North America. * Managing recruitment processes from brief through to successful placement. * Building long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates. * Working towards ambitious revenue targets with uncapped earning potential. 2-3+ years' experience within recruitment. * Experience working within a 360 recruitment environment. * A commercially driven mindset with a proven billing track record. * Ambitious, self-motivated and looking to build a long-term career.
