What you’ll be doing
- Running your own market – with autonomy, trust and freedom
- Managing end-to-end executive search assignments across Operations, Quality, Clinical and Corporate Services
- Developing long-term partnerships with leading organisations
- Building and nurturing high-value candidate networks
- Driving commercial growth within an uncapped, high-performing environment
- Working closely with Directors on projects and senior mandates
What we’re looking for
- Someone ambitious, proactive and commercially sharp
- previous experience managing a Temp/Interim desk.
- 360 recruitment experience (sector-agnostic – we hire for mindset, not background)
- A consultant who enjoys ownership, strategy and long-term relationship building
- Someone who thrives in a mature, autonomous culture (no micromanagement, ever)
- A consultative, credible communicator who takes pride in their work
