The successful candidate will lead and develop the existing training function while redesigning the overall colleague learning journey — from onboarding and induction through to leadership development and career progression. - Lead and develop the existing Learning & Development team
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis around online versus face-to-face training
- Improve training compliance, engagement, and overall learning outcomes
- Proven experience in a senior Learning & Development or Training leadership role
