We're partnering with a highly regarded Learning Disabilities charity to recruit an experienced HRBP / Head of HR on a fixed-term contract through to January.

Reporting into the senior leadership team, you'll provide both strategic and operational HR support across the organisation, with a particular focus on leading the Talent team and overseeing recruitment, resourcing and workforce planning activities.

About You

  • Strong generalist HR experience, ideally within health and social care.
  • Experience operating at HRBP, Head of HR or similar level.
  • Previous leadership of a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment team.
  • Confident stakeholder management skills.
  • TUPE experience.
