The Opportunity
This is an ideal role for a driven graduate who wants a career that combines people skills, commercial thinking, and fast progression. You’ll receive hands-on training, close support from senior consultants and directors, and the opportunity to quickly take ownership of your own market as you develop.
You’ll be learning how to:
- Build and manage relationships with senior professionals and market-leading organisations
- Support and eventually run executive search assignments
- Develop candidate networks within a high-growth sector
- Understand how businesses hire senior leaders and how decisions are made

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting senior consultants on executive search projects
