An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Hospitality Manager to join a premium care provider in Buckinghamshire. The Role:

Reporting into senior leadership, you will oversee all non-clinical operations within the home, ensuring an outstanding experience for residents, families, and visitors alike. Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Food & Beverage operations
  • Kitchen and culinary services
  • Housekeeping
  • Activities and resident engagement
  • Front of House, reception and concierge functions
  • Budget management and cost control
  • Service quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Team leadership, development, and succession planning

You will champion a hospitality-first culture, building strong relationships with residents and their families, proactively managing feedback, resolving issues, and ensuring the highest standards of customer experience are consistently delivered.

About You:

This role requires an established hospitality professional with the confidence and experience to make an immediate impact. We are looking for someone who:

  • Has significant leadership experience within luxury hospitality, hotels, premium care, or high-end service environments
