Why Join Us? Be part of a team that’s redefining modern retirement living. We’re building genuine communities that bring people together and create places where connections, purpose and joy flourish later in life. If you’re excited by the chance to help people make meaningful choices that shape their lifestyle, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role: As Sales Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of our premium property sales team, helping high-net-worth individuals secure exceptional homes within our exclusive communities. You’ll have a passion for luxury lifestyle sales, a proven record of hitting targets, and a relationship-led approach. You’ll manage every stage of the sales process — from off-plan sales for new developments to post-launch resales — and act as a trusted advisor, brand ambassador and key driver of our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell off-plan properties and manage post-launch sales and resales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop deep knowledge of our product and market trends to position yourself as an expert.
- Represent the brand at events, launches and networking opportunities.
- Use CRM tools to maintain accurate customer data and track performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong record of meeting sales targets in the luxury sector (property, hospitality, lifestyle or high-end services).
- Ideally, experience in luxury care, retirement living, or real estate — if from real estate, you must have experience selling to downsizers or clients aged 60+.
- A consultative, relationship-led approach with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently but a true team player.
- Self-motivated and driven, with strong attention to detail.
- High level of personal presentation and professionalism.
- CRM experience and a degree are helpful but not essential.
