A premium elderly care provider is seeking an experienced Customer Relations Manager to join one of its flagship luxury care communities. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded relationship-builder who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences whilst supporting occupancy growth within a high-quality care environment.

Working closely with the Home Manager and senior leadership team, you will play a key role in developing community partnerships, managing enquiries, conducting tours, supporting admissions and ensuring prospective residents and families receive an outstanding experience throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive occupancy through effective enquiry management and relationship building
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships within the local community
  • Build referral networks across healthcare, community and professional services
  • Manage and nurture prospective resident enquiries through to admission
  • Conduct high-quality home tours for prospective residents and families
  • Coordinate community engagement activities and events
  • Support local marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines
  • Work collaboratively with operational teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Act as a brand ambassador within the local market
