An exciting opportunity has arisen for three experienced People Business Partners to join a growing healthcare organisation as part of a major investment into its people function. These are newly created, specialist roles supporting senior operational leadership across a large multi-site portfolio, with each position focused on a key area of the wider people strategy:

- Reward & Benefits
- Colleague Voice & Engagement
The organisation is continuing to grow significantly and is looking to strengthen its people capability with commercially minded, operationally focused HR professionals who can help shape culture, improve colleague experience, and support long-term organisational development. These positions will operate in hybrid roles, combining time between the Leeds office and services across the North of England, partnering closely with operational teams and senior leadership.
The Roles
- People Business Partner – TUPE & Change Management
Supporting organisational growth, acquisitions, restructures, and transformation projects across the portfolio. This role will lead on TUPE activity, consultation processes, and wider people change initiatives. - People Business Partner – Reward & Benefits
Focused on developing and improving reward frameworks, colleague benefits, recognition initiatives, and retention strategies to support workforce engagement and organisational growth. - People Business Partner – Colleague Voice & Engagement
Leading employee engagement, wellbeing, and colleague experience initiatives, helping to strengthen culture, communication, and retention across the organisation.
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced HR or People professionals with strong business partnering backgrounds
- Ability to operate within fast-paced, multi-site environments
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Commercially aware with a hands-on approach
- Experience within healthcare, social care, hospitality, retail, or other operational sectors advantageous
- Passion for improving people processes, culture, and colleague experience
What’s On Offer
- Salary £55,000 – £65,000
