AIVA Revolution is hiring a Senior Pre-Sales & Technical Systems Engineer to sit at the heart of our growth. This is a founder-embedded role, working directly with the CEO, VP of Sales, Product Manager, customers and partners to help scale AIVA’s AI platform across hospitality, venues, hotels, and events businesses.

This role blends technical depth, customer trust, and commercial awareness. You will play a key role in pre-sales, product evolution, partner conversations, and real-world deployments. This is not a junior role and not a pure sales role. It is for someone who enjoys ownership, ambiguity, people, and building something properly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as the technical authority in pre-sales conversations
  • Support the sales process through: Technical discovery / Solution design / Architecture discussions / Proofs of concept and pilots
  • Build trust with: Hospitality operators / IT and digital teams / Marketing and operations leaders / Founders, GMs and owners

Systems & Platform Expertise

  • Help define and evolve AIVA’s technical deployment architecture
  • Design scalable, secure implementations across multi-site hospitality groups

Technical Requirements & Capabilities

  • Ensure solutions perform reliably under high enquiry volumes
  • Core Technical Domains: You don’t need to code day-to-day, but you must be confident owning conversations across: Scaling, reliability, security, monitoring
  • AI & Automation Systems: AI operating systems and orchestration
  • Messaging, Email & Web: Web interfaces, widgets, APIs
  • Meta & Social Channels: Working knowledge of Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram messaging) and WhatsApp and social messaging constraints and policies

Product & Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with the AIVA Product Manager to: Expand platform capabilities, Shape roadmap priorities, Validate feasibility based on customer reality, Act as the technical voice of the customer internally, Ensure sales, product, and delivery stay aligned

Partners & Ecosystem

  • Liaise with technology and integration partners
  • Support partner onboarding and enablement
  • Help define AIVA’s partner and integration standards

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Senior experience in one of: Pre-Sales Engineering / Solutions / Systems Engineering / Technical Sales Engineering / Customer-facing Platform Engineering / Strong AWS architecture knowledge
  • Experience with AI-driven or automation platforms
  • Solid understanding of messaging, email, and web systems
  • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Hospitality, travel, or venue industry exposure
  • Existing hospitality contacts or network
  • SaaS scale-up experience
  • Familiarity with guest engagement, booking, or CRM systems
