DataForce is seeking a motivated Scheduler to work remotely to schedule recording sessions for one of our Data Collection projects taking place in London, UK. As our Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our project runs smoothly, appointments with project participants are efficiently scheduled and managed, and deadlines are met.
Schedulers are responsible for:
- Communicating with potential participants via phone or email
- Screening them based on defined criteria
- Scheduling them based on their availability
- Responding to pre-study participant questions
- Conducting pre-study follow-ups to encourage attendance and minimise no shows
The remote scheduler is the first point of contact between our team and study participants.
Work Responsibilities:
- Validation of candidates via phone call according to project requirements
- Checking their availability for the project
- Answering candidates' questions
- Providing logistic information
- Scheduling candidates for the session time
- Sending reminders to the participants to ensure they don't forget about the scheduled sessions
- Filling the session schedule days in advance
- Communicating daily schedule updates to the project team
Work Requirements:
- Idiomatic fluency in Western Punjabi (Pakistan)
- Ability to adapt to the CET time zone
- Flexible schedule as needed
- Computer competency for data entry and the production of reports and schedules
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities through applied feedback
- Outstanding customer service and excellent communication skills including phone, email, and electronic media communication
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Experience working in a team
