Job Description
Are you ready to make a strategic impact across the UK and Ireland? We’re seeking a passionate and experienced HR Business Partner to lead and support our people agenda in these key markets.
Responsibilities
As a strategic partner to Country Managers and Senior Leadership in the UK and Ireland, you will:
- Align global HR strategies with local business needs and employment regulations.
- Provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to development, performance management, and offboarding.
- Lead change initiatives including acquisitions and integrations.
- Collaborate with HR Operations to ensure smooth processes, data insights, and compliance.
- Advise and coach leaders on strategic HR topics and employee relations.
- Drive performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- Manage annual HR processes (appraisals, surveys, merit reviews).
- Support implementation of new HR systems and tools.
- Oversee external partnerships for recruitment and assessments.
- Ensure compliance with UK and Irish labor laws and social security regulations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, high performance, and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a UK/Ireland or European context.
- Strong knowledge of UK and Irish employment law.
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
- High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel across the region.
