Overview: The Global Engine Manager - Aerospace is responsible for leading global aerospace engine logistics programs, ensuring consistent execution, operational excellence, and standardized processes across all regions. As the global subject matter expert for aircraft engine logistics, this individual will support customer onboarding, RFQs, solution design, and complex operational requirements while partnering with Commercial, Operations, and Shared Services teams worldwide. This is a hybrid role with global responsibility and can be based out of one of AIT Worldwide Logistics' European locations, including Antwerp (Belgium), Amsterdam or Rotterdam (Netherlands), Frankfurt, Berlin, Bremen, Greven or Stuttgart (Germany), Milan (Italy), Warsaw (Poland), London, Manchester or Exeter (United Kingdom).
- 8-12+ years of experience in aerospace or high-value logistics operations
- Strong knowledge of: Aerospace engine handling, AOG operations, Airfreight and charter solutions
- Experience with global operations and multi-region coordination
- Proven track record in process standardization and operational governance
- Strong commercial acumen (pricing, quoting, customer solutions)
- Experience working with TMS platforms (e.g., CargoWise) is preferred
