Accountable to directly identify and initiate development efforts. Develop and execute a field sales business plan that will achieve the corporate revenue goals. High Performance at a world class level.Responsibilities Develops new business across all of our core competenciesIdentify, initiate and engage with clients that provide sustained and profitable revenue streams multiple servicesDevelop and execute a business plan that will achieve sales quota and budget as defined by the companyWork closely with local, regional and international operations staff to ensure customers\’ needs and expectations are metPresent an array of logistics solutions that enable numerous entry points into accountsAll other business duties as deems necessarySupport and consulting of existing customers as well as further development of a professional cooperationConducting sales and negotiation meetingsPreparation of offers and calculationsProcessing of customer correspondencePreparation and assembly of accompanying documents (offers, concepts, presentations, etc.)Planning; organization and execution of customer visitsRecording and ensuring data maintenance in the CRM as well as for cross-departmental topics in the CRMImplementation of regular review meetingsEnsuring communication between Sales/Customer Service, Operations and to ManagementAll other business duties as deems necessaryQualifications Bachelor\’s degree or equivalentCompleted further training as a forwarding specialist5+ year\’s relevant business to business sales experience in Supply Chain Industry preferredWhat AIT Can Offer You In addition to a competitive salary and benefits package, we offer great programs for our employees.
