As one of the UK's leading suppliers of nationwide 2 and 1-person Assisted ‘White Glove' Home Delivery Services, we are always on the lookout for fantastic people to join our teams. We pride ourselves on our 'Customer First' approach, and to support this, we are looking for an experienced Depot Manager to join our team at a new site. We strive to deliver an outstanding service to our customers and your role as a Depot Manager is key to this.
This is a hands-on role where you will be fully accountable for managing the Depot Operations, whilst proactively seeking ways to improve cost, service setting and monitoring key objectives. Developing and maintaining effective communication channels with all appropriate areas of the business especially the Day/Night Shift Management, Customer Services, Transport, Compliance, and the Sales Team. Ensuring that the Company security processes are maintained at all times and the control/safekeeping of all Company assets are maintained. Liaising effectively with suppliers where appropriate.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a hands-on leader - able to coach and motivate your teams and lead by example to encourage them to be the best.
