Looking for Regular Day Work?
We're seeking experienced Class 1 (CE) HGV Drivers to join our Logistics team.
This is a night trunking position involving scheduled movements between company depots and distribution centres. You will play an important part in keeping stock moving across our network, ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
Whether you're looking for greater stability, consistent shift patterns, or the opportunity to join a growing business, this role offers regular work within a well-established logistics environment.
What Does the Role Involve?
The position centres on depot-to-depot trunking, supported by routine vehicle inspections, accurate completion of transport records, and adherence to all relevant transport legislation. You'll be expected to take pride in the condition of your vehicle, maintain safe working practices, and contribute to the smooth running of the transport function.
Could This Be the Right Opportunity for You?
To be considered, you'll need to answer "Yes" to the following:
- Are you 23 years of age or older?
- Do you hold a valid Class 1 (CE) HGV Licence and have at least 12 months' CE driving experience?
- Do you hold a valid Driver CPC Qualification Card and Digital Tachograph Card?
- Do you have no more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence?
- Are you confident working within Drivers' Hours Regulations and tachograph requirements?
- Do you take a responsible approach to safety, vehicle care, and legal compliance?
Please note: Due to insurance and operational requirements, only candidates meeting all of the above criteria can be progressed.
Why Join Us?
We understand the importance of providing drivers with reliable work, quality equipment, and the right level of support. In return for your skills and commitment, you'll benefit from competitive rates of pay, regular night trunking, consistent schedules, a modern fleet, company-issued PPE and uniform, pension enrolment, holiday entitlement, and ongoing support from an experienced Transport Team.
Most importantly, you'll be joining a business that values its people and offers secure, long-term employment.
