As one of the UK's leading suppliers of nationwide 2 and 1 person Assisted ‘White Glove' Home Delivery Services, we are always on the lookout for fantastic people to join our expanding friendly teams. We are currently looking for warehouse operatives to join our friendly and rapidly growing team. We are seeking out hard working, punctual and reliable people who have a keen eye for detail and are able to follow structured processes and instructions. You will need to be flexible in your approach to work, a strong work ethic and the desire to deliver a consistent level of excellent customer service. Role:
- Load, unload and sort customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain a consistent and excellent level of customer service.
- Maintain a strong work ethic in a fast pace manual and physical role.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Communicate well with co-workers and management.
- Consistent with quality service standards and comply with procedures.
- Receive and process warehouse stock pick, unload, pack, label and store.
- Checking, scanning, and filing PODs, manifests, and delivery paperwork for compliance.
- Quality Control of returned Items coming into the depot.
Candidate:
Successful candidates will be able to multitask and have the ability to work within a team as well as using their own initiative. You will additionally have the following skills:
- Punctual
- Hardworking
- Efficient and organised in approach to work
- Customer service focused
- Natural problem solver
- Preferably a fork lift truck license
- Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
