We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join our small team and own the delivery of product features. You will work directly with the founder and alongside other engineers to build the interfaces and workflows users interact with daily. This is a hands-on building role β you will take features from idea to production, writing the backend logic, building the React components, and wiring up the data flows. This is an in-person role based in London.
Technology Stack
Our stack is Python (backend), React (frontend), Prefect (orchestration), and GraphQL (API layer). You do not need to be an expert in all of these, but Python proficiency is required and you should be comfortable picking up new tools quickly.
Working Style
We are a small team (2-5 engineers) working directly with founders. This means high autonomy, fluid requirements, and end-to-end ownership of features. You will take things from idea to production and iterate based on what you learn.
Experience Level
We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience who has shipped production code and can work autonomously from day one.
