Job Description:
Aisles is seeking a highly skilled and professional Personal Driver to transport Board Members safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate must own a Sprinter van along with multiple high-end vehicles suitable for executive transport. They must have extensive driving experience, including handling emergency situations and high-pressure environments while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe and reliable transportation for Aisles Board Members.
Drive a Sprinter van and other luxury/executive vehicles as needed.
Plan and adjust routes in real time for optimal efficiency and security.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and service schedules.
Assist with loading/unloading luggage and escorting clients when necessary.
Remain on standby for last-minute requests and flexible scheduling.
Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, ensuring passenger safety.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding clients and their destinations.
Requirements:
Must own a Sprinter van and multiple executive vehicles.
Valid UK driver’s license with a clean record.
Proven experience in VIP, executive, or corporate driving.
Strong knowledge of UK roads, traffic patterns, and alternate routes.
Ability to handle emergency situations and high-pressure scenarios.
Must pass a full background check and security clearance.
Exceptional professionalism, discretion, and customer service skills.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and last-minute assignments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced driving training (evasive, defensive, or security driving experience preferred).
Prior experience working with executives, VIPs, or high-profile individuals.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
First aid and emergency response training.
This role is hourly paid at a fixed rate, with compensation based on experience and qualifications. Aisles seeks a dependable and highly skilled driver who can ensure safe, smooth, and professional transportation at all times.
