Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Oversee schedules, manage emails, and coordinate daily tasks.
Meeting Assistance: Attend meetings, take notes, and provide key summaries to executives.
Call & Communication Management: Handle calls, respond to messages, and relay important information.
Task Coordination: Ensure company members stay on track with deadlines and projects.
Travel & Event Planning: Arrange travel, accommodations, and events when required.
Problem-Solving: Act as the first point of contact for minor issues and ensure quick resolutions.
General Support: Provide assistance to Aisles UK members across different areas to improve workflow and efficiency.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and communication tools.
